Who this policy covers

This policy describes Room for Two for Apple TV and the information website at r42e.com, provided by Shane Michel. For privacy questions, email support@r42e.com.

Information in the game

The app has no accounts, advertising, analytics SDKs, tracking, online multiplayer, or cloud syncing. It does not request your name, email address, location, contacts, camera, or microphone. Controller inputs are used locally to play the game.

Inventory, puzzle progress, and player selections exist only during the current game session. The current version does not save progress after the app closes. Restarting a room clears that room’s progress.

Apple services and beta testing

Apple may process information when you download the app, use TestFlight, or choose to share diagnostics or beta feedback. Apple may make crash reports, testing information, and feedback you submit available to the developer. We use information made available through these services to investigate problems and improve the game. These Apple services are governed by Apple’s privacy policy and applicable TestFlight terms.

When you contact support

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use that information to respond and resolve your request. Please avoid sending passwords or other sensitive information. We retain support correspondence only as needed to handle the request, maintain relevant support records, or satisfy applicable obligations. You may request deletion by contacting us.

Visiting this website

The website does not use advertising, analytics scripts, tracking cookies, or browser storage. Its files, including fonts and artwork, are served without third-party tracking services. Your hosting connection may generate ordinary server logs, such as IP address, requested page, browser information, and request time, for site delivery and security. Your email provider processes messages sent through the email links.

Sharing and children’s privacy

We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. Email and website hosting providers may process information needed to provide their services. The game does not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian with a concern about information sent to support can contact us.

Choices and changes

You can play without creating an account or providing personal details. Apple’s settings control any optional Apple diagnostics sharing. Depending on your location, you may have rights relating to information in support correspondence, including access, correction, or deletion. Send requests to support@r42e.com.

If these practices change, we will update this page and its effective date.
